Job Opportunity: Logistics Manager Role

Main Job Responsibilities
  1. Delivery Performance Optimization : Focus on enhancing timely delivery and order fulfillment rates, ensuring exceptional customer experience. Develop strategies to minimize rider cancellation and rejection rates.
  2. Incentivizing Quality Service Delivery : Encourage riders to improve service quality through constructive guidance measures, such as establishing a scoring incentive system.
  3. Fairness and Consistency in Rider Evaluation : Analyze and optimize the evaluation process for riders to ensure fairness and consistency.

This role requires strong understanding of logistics operations and exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide riders towards excellence.

Rider engagement is crucial for achieving excellent delivery performance. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for this position.

A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
