- 6 months**Responsibilities**:
- Support procedures related to the issuance of travel tickets and the organization of travel expense reports linked to official missions;
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving management practices in the areas of Procurement, Consultancies, Administration, and Travel;
- Assist in the creation, updating, and organization of control spreadsheets related to travel, consultancies, and procurement processes;
- Support the feeding and consolidation of data in control spreadsheets and institutional reports;
- Support the translation and revision of institutional documents and materials, when necessary. - Assistance in analyzing Vendor's Forms to request that their bank information be uploaded to the system. - Support with petty cash forms. - Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

- Languages
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English is required for the internship. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
