Position Overview Sigga Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in Brazil to lead product launches, customer communication, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and product-led content creation across our SAP-centric Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. This role is essential for bridging product innovation with market success, ensuring our solutions resonate with customers and drive adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead Product Launches: Plan and execute full product launch strategies for new features and releases, including internal and external communication plans. Customer Communications: Create and deliver assets such as release notes, email updates, in-app messaging, and product announcements to keep customers informed and engaged. Product-Led Content: Develop high-impact content including case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, demo scripts, technical one-pagers, and short videos. Win-Loss Analysis: Conduct structured analyses and report actionable insights to Sales, Growth, and Product teams to refine strategies. Competitive Intelligence: Build and maintain intelligence on top SAP/EAM competitors to inform positioning and differentiation. Sales Enablement: Own and update the Sales Enablement Kit, including pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, and competitive battlecards. Persona Development: Create and refine persona maps for Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, IT, and SAP stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Growth on messaging alignment, differentiation, and GTM campaigns; partner with Product and Engineering for accurate functionality and roadmap representation. Event Support: Contribute to event strategy with product messaging, demo narratives, and customer proof points. AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools daily for research, content acceleration, customer insights, and analysis to enhance productivity. Who We're Looking For 5–8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. A structured storyteller who simplifies complex concepts for technical and business audiences. Proven experience executing product launches with clear internal and external communication plans. Hands-on experience developing release notes, customer updates, and messaging frameworks. Demonstrated experience conducting win–loss analysis and delivering actionable insights. AI-native: able to show use cases of AI tools for writing, research, synthesis, and content production. Fluent communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Strong understanding of SAP, maintenance, reliability, or industrial operations. Experience working with global companies, with a strong understanding of and hands-on experience in the US and EMEA markets.
