Description

At Amazon Project Kuiper, we're revolutionizing global connectivity through our Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation. We're seeking an accomplished Inside Sales Representative, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to drive Small and Middle Enterprise (SME) customer adoption across Latin America, initially focusing on Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role in a fast-paced environment, offering growth potential into sales management positions for high performers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end sales cycles for SME customers
  • Partnering with AWS sales teams to maximize market penetration
  • Executing outbound prospecting campaigns and qualifying inbound leads
  • Developing compelling value propositions of Kuiper services to customers
  • Managing customer relationships and driving deal closure
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM

Basic qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Experience with full sales cycle management
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to travel extensively within Brazil
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking and operational acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced Spanish language skills
  • Experience in satellite industry sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across South America
  • Cloud technologies experience
  • Experience negotiating complex legal agreements
  • Team management across locations
