Position: Ruby on Rails Senior Developer Being a Ruby on Rails Senior Developer in our Development Team is like being a full‑time problem solver. We expect a combination of experience, knowledge, and independence. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDev strategy. If you are willing to take on the most complex tasks and be a master of your tech stack—Ruby on Rails—you’re exactly who we’re looking for. What You Will Do Design and develop modern web applications for multiple mobile and desktop devices with special attention to responsive design, varying screen resolutions, and sizes. Execute all phases of the systems engineering process. Plan, process, and perform all tasks efficiently without assistance from a supervisor. Maintain consistency throughout the product. Document code consistently throughout the development process. Provide technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing. Requirements 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails. Experience with ES2015 (ES6 / ES7). Experience with command line, APIs, and client‑side performance. Familiar with basic programming concepts, data structures, variable types, and idiosyncrasies.
