About the Role:
We seek highly skilled engineers with exceptional technical expertise and content creation skills to join our AI training team.
As a Senior Technical Content Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical content, including problem-solving exercises, theoretical and applied engineering summaries, software design patterns, coding best practices, algorithm explanations, and technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research ability and domain knowledge in multiple areas, including electrical, mechanical, civil, industrial, systems, and robotics engineering, as well as computer science, software engineering, and full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical content that accurately represents complex concepts and principles.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to complex technical questions for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop evaluation rubrics to improve reasoning and problem-solving capabilities in AI.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to refine datasets and model performance.
