Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance and Planning Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical insights, and developing complex financial models to support strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, data analytics, and industry dynamics, particularly within the insurance sector. They will collaborate with business owners to evaluate strategic initiatives and present findings to the CFO for approval.
