**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Tier 2 Payroll Sr. Associate is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll. Ensuring timely processing and compliance to standard payroll processes of assigned account/s. S/he will perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing and general customer service.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Payroll end-to-end process.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' payroll for countries supported.
- Ensure data from Workday and non-Workday data is collated and transferred to the Local Country Payroll Vendor (LCPV)
- Support other payroll processes such as terminations, pay in advancement, loans, etc.
- Assist in the compilation and update of related payroll tools e.g., Country payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process flows and payroll calendars.
- Support payroll software upgrades to ensure that the system is updated as per legal and statutory requirements.
- Ensure to address employees' concerns and queries in a timely manner.
- Drive and sustain cross country process improvement and commonality, within the countries supported
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned countries.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (excel) and ideally having worked with multiple technologies (e.g. HRIS System, Workday, SAP).
- 2 - 4 years payroll experience.
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS**
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and operate efficiently under continuous change.
- Strong drive for results, accuracy and control compliance.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Language: English intermediate
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Full-Time
- Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
- This role is not eligible for relocation
