Competências do cargo: Buscamos um(a) Assistente de Quality Assurance & Customer Success para apoiar a gestão da jornada do aluno, atuando na identificação, análise e acompanhamento de situações que impactam a experiência do cliente, com foco em melhoria contínua, prevenção de cancelamentos e suporte às áreas internas. Essa posição conecta análise de situações de anomalia (QA) com ações preventivas e de retenção (CS), sendo estratégica para a qualidade do atendimento e a sustentabilidade do negócio. Principais responsabilidades Apoiar na gestão de anomalias e ocorrências de insatisfação na jornada do aluno Registrar, organizar e acompanhar casos em sistemas internos Apoiar respostas a canais internos e externos (SAC, Procon, Reclame aqui, etc.) Atuar em conjunto com time comercial e operacional. Apoiar em iniciativas de retenção, engajamento e satisfação do aluno Requisitos Boa capacidade de organização e atenção a detalhes Comunicação clara, escrita e verbal Perfil analítico e senso crítico Pensamento com foco em melhoria de processo e prevenção de recorrências Capacidade de lidar com demandas sensíveis com empatia e profissionalismo Facilidade para trabalhar com processos e dados Diferenciais Experiência prévia em QA, CS.
