What You Will Be Doing Solve complex technical challenges that surpass our AI capabilities Analyze patterns in escalated tickets to improve AI resolution systems Apply deep technical expertise across multiple enterprise software products simultaneously Develop innovative solutions for previously unseen customer problems Bridge the human‑AI gap by translating problem‑solving approaches into AI‑implementable frameworks What You Won’t Be Doing Handling routine, repetitive support tickets resolved by AI Following a gradual onboarding process – you’ll master multiple products within the first month Relying on management for solutions – self‑sufficiency is non‑negotiable Working within a single product domain – versatility across diverse technologies is required Key Responsibilities Integrate advanced human technical expertise with AI capabilities to resolve customers’ most complex challenges while continuously improving our AI support systems. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical customer support roles Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools (must create automation workflows and custom GPTs; basic usage is insufficient) Current residence in North or South America Exceptional self‑learning capabilities and problem‑solving skills Ability to master new technical systems rapidly without structured training About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
