What we are looking for We are seeking a responsible and proactive mid to senior professional who can navigate between technology and business contexts with ease, feels comfortable in fast-paced environments, and has excellent communication skills. Whether you are more mid or senior level, you should be able to collaborate effectively in a distributed team and adapt to changing client needs. Qualifications Java expertise, service/server development Proven experience with the Spring framework Familiarity with at least one of the main cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) Proven experience with web development and REST APIs Docker expertise Advanced or fluent English Familiarity with Azure and EntraID or an understanding of web security is a plus An academic background (MSc or PhD) is a plus As a contractor (PJ) you will have: competitive compensation (in Reais - R$); work with international clients; opportunity to grow as a leader; possibility to move between teams; English communication with coworkers; two weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental leave; paid marriage leave; and coverage for training, conferences, and online courses Remote work and a health care plan Responsibilities Operate across technology and business contexts with autonomy and initiative.
