- The job
**Here's what the job entails**:
In the role, your main job will be to work closely with the origination team to help with important commercial tasks.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- assist the commercial team in onboarding new partners, handling credit and managing KYC (know your client) processes with internal stakeholders
- help the origination team in writing proposals for clients
- support on developing and managing commercial KPIs
- develop and implement processes ´to automate commercial parts
- learn a lot about the Brazilian market and the rules for products being traded in Brazil
- The team
**Meet the team**:
You will join a collaborative and dedicated team of three specialists who are deeply involved in origination and trading. We have different backgrounds in engineering and economics, but our common ground lies in negotiating energy contracts, corporate power purchase agreements and self-production power purchase agreements with end users. We also identify commercial opportunities to increase the company's liquidity and performance.
You will join a growing team and help build processes and models from scratch, supported by solid experience from other DC entities and our parent company Equinor

As you will be part of the front office, we are looking for someone who is good at analysing data and curious about how things work. We also picture you as reliable and focused on quality, as you will support our trading teams make quick decisions.
We also imagine that you:
- are studying something like Administration, Economics or Engineering
- are proficient in English - both written and verbal
Please note that it is not a requirement to have prior knowledge of the energy industry to enter this role.
We are aiming for the internship to begin in June.
