Overview

This is a Full-Cycle Recruiter role responsible for managing the entire hiring process from the initial client kick-off call to the final candidate offer. The position emphasizes high performance, intense work ethic, and the ability to meet ambitious client goals. Previous recruitment experience is not required.

What You'll Do
  • Own Client Relationships: Act as a strategic partner to clients, understand their business, consult on hiring needs, and manage expectations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Hunt for Top Talent: Source candidates beyond job boards using LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Run a Rigorous Process: Manage the candidate journey from screening to interviews to coordinating with clients, ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Close the Deal: Guide candidates through final stages, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless close for both client and candidate.
  • Build Your Desk: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent in your designated area.
What You Bring
  • Strong Command of English: C2 English or better; articulate, professional, and persuasive communication.
  • An Obsessive Work Ethic: Driven by results with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Exceptional Resilience and Commitment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with long hours.
  • Client-Facing Confidence: Comfortable building rapport with clients, presenting candidates, and providing expert consultation.
