EDICOM is one of the world’s major EDI and e-invoicing businesses, with a growing market forecast to be worth more than $20 billion by 2026. We help digitalize companies through SaaS solutions, automating and integrating data interchange and eliminating manual errors. As an Account Manager, your main challenge will be marketing our software portfolio to multinationals seeking EDI, e-billing, and tax compliance solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting new customers to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Your tasks will include: Detecting new customers through market studies and identifying potential accounts. Classifying, segmenting, and prioritizing potential clients according to the sales plan and budget. contacting potential customers to give business presentations and software demonstrations. Managing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Expanding the value of EDICOM’s solutions for existing customers through cross-selling strategies. Coordinating with other departments to enhance the sales process and convey the value of EDICOM. Collaborating with the EDICOM Marketing department to improve business presentations and sales pitches. Managing sales activity through EDICOM CRM. Requirements: Experience in direct SaaS sales, with a proactive attitude and strong communication and negotiation skills. Accredited university education. Advanced level English and intermediate Spanish. Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
