What You’ll Do
  • Work with a worldwide team to support all employees with IT-related questions in an all-Apple Mac environment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of IT challenges, from initial setup for new users to assisting colleagues with IT inquiries, and help optimize processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with teams globally to provide comprehensive support for Apple device issues, user and systems access, networking, and various IT-related tasks.
  • Continuously enhance global IT systems and functionalities to stay up-to-date with evolving business needs.
  • Proactively analyze repetitive tasks and issues and apply automation to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience managing a large fleet of macOS corporate devices used with enterprise systems like JAMF or similar.
  • Strong experience helping people troubleshoot IT-related issues.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python, with practical skills in automating repetitive tasks and improving the end-user experience.
  • Ability to use a shell or terminal for administrative tasks, basic filesystem navigation, and command-line tools.
  • Experience administering internal services such as Google Suite, Zoom, Okta and LDAP.
  • Experience with onboarding sessions for new joiners and IT user training.
  • Flexible team player who can work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with audio-visual (AV) equipment and troubleshooting in meeting rooms.
  • Good understanding of up-to-date IT security practices.
  • Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for company events and occasional coverage.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Available to work in person, on site in Morumbi/SP, Brazil.
Nice To Have
  • experience with config management systems such as Puppet, Ansible, or similar.
  • Experience with centrally managed packages and deploying, updating, and maintaining applications on Apple end-user devices.
  • Understanding of networking and firewalls.
