Overview
We are looking for a Python Developer with 5+ years of experience to develop scalable, event-driven backend systems. This role focuses on Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django) within a microservice architecture and event-driven environments. The position is remote and part of a fast-paced healthcare-focused team at BairesDev.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
- Design and implement event-driven systems and microservice-based architectures.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy and manage backend applications efficiently.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and streamline deployment processes.
- Process and analyze large datasets to ensure performance and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain high standards for code quality and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative healthcare solutions.
- Contribute to system scalability and architecture decisions for long-term maintainability.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in backend software development with Python.
- Strong expertise in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of Docker and containerized environments.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and microservice architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies (Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, glucose monitors).
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Experience managing, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
