**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Maintain the monthly revenue/expense forecasting process and annual planning cycles across multiple departments, including monthly meetings with budget owners.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze updates and variances compared to actuals, collaborating with members of the FP&A team, the Accounting team, department owners, and other functions across the company.
- Conduct detailed expense analysis, including the preparation of expense bridges over time.
- Create cash flow forecasts and perform in-depth analysis of cash flow movements over time.
- Pursue automation and process improvement activities across financial processes.
- Maintain file structures, setup, and continuity of data to assist with making key information readily available.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management, creating presentations that communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support budgeting, forecasting processes, and key business decisions.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests for financial information.
**What skills and experience will you need for this role?**
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
- Experience working as FP&A Specialist for the IT services industry
- Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and the ability to work with massive data.
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills is a must.
- Developed communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- English Fluency level B2 or higher.
- Work on Hybrid mode
**Education**:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
