And we need your help to get us there What You’ll DoMonitor real-time operations across cities to ensure proper implementation of SOPs (dispatch communications, surcharge adjustments, manual allocation). Support weekly mission rollouts for drivers by preparing spreadsheets and aligning with stakeholders to boost driver LTV. Analyze weekly KPIs and propose action plans to address gaps and optimize performance. Track supply vs demand growth across cities, identifying imbalances and supporting cross-functional alignment. Conduct weekly analyses on vehicle type performance to flag key deviations or growth opportunities. Develop and execute weekly driver communication plans. Benchmark driver pricing and earnings versus competitors to ensure our market competitiveness. What You’ll NeedBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Advanced English (written and spoken). Strong Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards). Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable plans. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
