The Customer Relationship Manager engages with Services Directors and key customers to build and preserve trusting relationships. The role identifies opportunities to grow the customer base, builds positive relationships with new clients, and sets the correct communication plan. It requires strategic and analytical thinking to solve problems and ensure maximum client satisfaction, coordinating with Contract Managers on customer requests or project needs.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Partner with Services Director to build the best strategy for customer satisfaction
  • Interface with Contract Manager and internal teams to find the best approach for contract amendments, claims, and arbitrations
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
  • Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales
  • Meet with managers to plan strategically
  • Understand key customer needs and address them
  • Know your competition and strategize accordingly
  • Own the NPS score
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or Business from an accredited university or college
  • Knowledge of the Wind industry and/or Services business
  • Minimum of 10 years of previous experience
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive transformation in a mission-based team
  • High resiliency and ownership
  • Ability to travel and manage a multi-country team
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Superior product knowledge
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
