Senior Director of Engineering

Senior Director of Engineering (Remote - Latam) We are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering in Latin America. As a Senior Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams. You will lead and mentor managers, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and business objectives. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic foresight to scale engineering practices and deliver high-impact solutions. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while managing resources, budgets, and complex project priorities.
