Key Role Summary The Store Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a boutique. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all store activities to maintain high standards of performance, customer experience, and team engagement. Lead and develop a team of beauty consultants by providing guidance, training, and regular feedback to enhance their skills and job satisfaction. Responsible for conflict resolution, promoting teamwork, and motivating staff to achieve individual and collective goals. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing in-store displays, maintaining brand standards, and adhering to seasonal themes. Administrative Tasks: Manage various store-related tasks including reporting, inventory control, scheduling, and monitoring performance metrics. Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing in-boutique events, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with customers. Brand Representation: Serve as a professional ambassador for the brand, consistently upholding its values, image, and standards. Cross-Boutique Collaboration: Work closely with other boutiques to standardize processes and ensure excellence across all locations. Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between Operations and Retail departments to facilitate communication and resolve any operational issues.
