O que esperamos de você : Desenvolver e liderar : Implementar e evoluir SPAs em Angular com foco em performance, escalabilidade e boas práticas, apoiando decisões de arquitetura e padrões técnicos entre squads. Colaborar e mentorar : Trabalhar em parceria com UX / UI e Produto, além de orientar desenvolvedores plenos e juniores, promovendo excelência técnica e consistência visual via Design System. Aprimorar e automatizar : Propor melhorias estruturais, integrar APIs REST, garantir observabilidade e contribuir em pipelines CI / CD para entregas rápidas, seguras e estáveis. Experiências Frontend Sênior em larga escala : Atuação em sistemas complexos, com decisões de arquitetura, padronização técnica e mentoria de desenvolvedores. Design System e DevOps : Criação e manutenção de bibliotecas de componentes, documentação técnica e integração de fluxos CI / CD com práticas DevOps. Autenticação e Qualidade : Experiência com OAuth / SSO, APIs seguras e implementação de testes unitários e e2e (Jest, Cypress ou similares). Hard Skills Frontend Avançado : Domínio de Angular (20+), TypeScript e RxJS, com foco em arquitetura modular, performance, lazy loading e gerenciamento de estado (NgRx / Akita). Boas Práticas e Escalabilidade : Aplicação de princípios SOLID, clean code e design responsivo (HTML5, SCSS, BEM / ITCSS), criação de bibliotecas de componentes e uso de Storybook. DevOps e Observabilidade : Experiência com GitFlow, pipelines CI / CD, testes automatizados, deploy em cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) e monitoramento via Sentry, Datadog e Web Vitals. Soft Skills Comunicação clara e empática com equipes multidisciplinares. Liderança técnica colaborativa (influência sem autoridade formal) e mentoria. Mentalidade de melhoria contínua e excelência técnica. Foco em qualidade, performance e impacto de negócio. Capacidade de tomada de decisão equilibrando risco, prazo. Formação Acadêmica Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Tecnologia / Engenharia / Computação ou áreas correlatas (ou experiência equivalente comprovável).
