QA Lead

We are searching for a seasoned QA Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring our product's quality, reliability, and performance. You'll lead a talented team of manual and automated testers. Your expertise will guide our product to excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.**Requirements**:- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Deep understanding of scripting languages Typescript and JS- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.- Familiarity with SaaS-specific challenges and cloud technologies.- Understanding of system architectures (APIs, servers, components, coms, auths, etc)- Obsessive attention to pixel perfectness, UI, UX, etc- You must possess one of the following certificates: CMST, CMSQ, CTAL-TM, CTEL-TM-MTT, CTEL-TM-OTM, CTEL-TM-SM- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a QA lead or similar role, preferably in a SaaS company.- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.- Good knowledge of test case management tools (XRay, TestRail)- Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, Lighthouse Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.- Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.**Key Responsibilities**:**Testing Strategy & Implementation**:- Define, establish, and document manual and automated QA processes and policies.Research, define, and implement test strategies suitable for a fast-paced SaaS environment.Deep understanding of the product to anticipate different outcomes related to the development process and proactively establish testing policies to validate these changes.Oversee the testing teams during the creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
