**Job Purpose**
Acting in the electrical or mechanical assembly of equipment and components, using assembly instructions and/or technical drawings, seeking to meet the requirements of quality, safety and environment, according to internal and/or external standards.
**Job Context**
The Electromechanical Assembler I operate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision, speed, and quality are paramount. They work closely with Assembly Team Leader and Production Management.
**Job Dimensions**
Location (factory) only contact with internal employees.
Reporting to: Assembly Team Leader and Production Manager or Production Coordinator
Direct reports: N/A
Collaborates with: Multifunctional teams Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain
**Key Accountabilities**
Follow production plan as instructed by assembly leaders.
Perform electrical or mechanical assembly according to work instructions and/or assembly drawings.
Promote a work environment through the appropriate use of EPI.
Communication:
Clearly communicate any quality deviations during the assembly process to production leaders.
Report production status as required.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
**General Education**
Studying higher education.
Basic electromechanics course or equivalent.
General Experience
Assembly of mechanical components in low or medium voltage panels.
Reading and interpretation of assembly drawings.
Experience using hand tools, drills, screwdrivers, etc.
