The Murex Support Engineer role involves providing high-level technical assistance to users, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions to resolve user problems. ">
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address system enhancements and integration requirements. ">
  4. Develop and implement best practices for Murex environment management, configuration, and maintenance. ">
  5. Participate in formal release cycles and perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables. ">
  6. Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to improve overall team efficiency. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities and financial markets technology. ">
  • Hands-on experience in Murex Infra/Environment/Config Management, Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle. ">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and logical analytical skills. ">
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. ">
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter with a strong work ethic. ">
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COM, and P&L concept overall and its components. ">
