Sr Product Manager - Regionalization, Delivery Experience

At Amazon Brazil, we value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in all our job positions. We act intentionally to ensure our internal environment reflects the plurality of the businesses we play and the customers we serve.
In Brazil, we have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion squad formed by representatives from different roles and areas, as we understand that this agenda must have different perspectives and multiple experiences. Our leadership is committed to sharing and acting on our leadership principles, with the purpose of ‘Strive to Be Earth's Best Employer’. We recognize our responsibility and need for change, understanding that ‘Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility’. Our affinity groups are built from volunteers from different businesses and actively participate in defining our DE&I strategies. They act as ambassadors of this agenda and will support you from Day1. Remember, at Amazon ‘It’s always Day1’. Our groups are organized in the following fronts: BEN - Black Employee Network, , Glamazon (LGBTQIA+), and People With Disabilities.
For millions of customers worldwide, the Amazon name is synonymous with delivery – and the Delivery Experience (DEX) team provides those customers with innovative ways to get what they want and need, enabling the choices they make on every order, every day. We combine customer impact with retail invention, solving huge technical challenges along the way.

Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. By giving customers more of what they want - low prices, vast selection, and convenience - Amazon continues to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform. Amazon.com.br is an important and fast-growing business for Amazon.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead Delivery Experience Regionalization. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-impact processes and supporting teams that help us deliver on our customer promise seamlessly. This role will partner closely with Amazon Transportation, Operations, Finance, Retail, and WW DEX leadership to solve customer-facing shipping solutions.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact.
  2. Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of a highly complicated cross-functional project in a new business area.
  3. Delivery strategy: work closely with team leadership to define priorities for delivery strategy internally and with partners, using data to create and communicate business plans to senior leadership.
  4. Product Definition: incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.
  5. Support and own the design and development of projects, working through all related dependencies with internal and external teams, mainly Operations, Transportation, Buyer Risk Prevention, and Technology teams.
  6. Develop customer requirements (user stories, use cases) and business requirements, participating in the design of the user experience, release goals, and prioritization of assigned features according to customer value.
  7. Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions.
  8. Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap.
  9. Enhance Amazon delivery experience, including the definition of shipping prices and shipping promotions.
  10. Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced Excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things work.
  11. Identify and develop opportunities for improved cash flow in Shipping Programs.
  12. Engage with senior leadership on drafting proposals for new concepts, improvement plans, 3-year strategy, and outlook.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevant years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
