iHunters is seeking a Country Manager for a global game developer in the iGaming industry, currently scaling its international operations with a strong focus on Latin America. If you are a commercially driven professional with proven experience in business development and account management within the online gaming sector, and youre ready to drive revenue and market expansion, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Lead business operations in Brazil, developing existing accounts and new partnerships with online casino operators, and platform providers to drive revenues. Act as the regional leader, supporting corporate strategy and contributing to the companys expansion roadmap in Latin America. Manage and strengthen client relationships, acting as the companys primary representative in the region. Promote the companys game portfolio and identify growth opportunities through a deep understanding of local operators needs and market dynamics. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads. Support on commercial agreements and ensure strategic alignment between regional objectives and the companys global vision. Conduct market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive movements to support data-driven decision-making. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business and market reports for the headquarters. Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams in product, marketing, and compliance to adapt offerings and strategies for local markets. Requirements Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a strong asset). 3+years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in Business Development, Account Management, or Country Management. Proven experience in B2B partnership development & account management with operators, aggregators, or platforms. Strong network and understanding of LATAM markets, especially Brazil. Previous experience in international iGaming companies (European or North American) is highly valued. Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
