Private Equity Associate

We’re Hiring: Associate – Private Equity (São Paulo, Onsite)

Confrapar is strengthening its team in Brazil and is looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our Private Equity group in São Paulo. If you have experience in capital markets, Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity / Venture Capital, and a strong understanding of the technology sector, this is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

• Deal Sourcing & Execution: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
• Portfolio Support: Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior team members in São Paulo and across Confrapar’s international offices on transactions and strategic projects.

• 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
• Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (onsite role).
