**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the State Marketing Manager in executing daily tasks and tracking projects.- Organize and maintain schedules, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.- Represent the Marketing Manager in internal and external meetings when necessary.- Manage internal communications for the marketing department, ensuring clarity and alignment of information.- Track the progress of campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.- Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.- Make decisions and manage smaller projects under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.- Assist in creating reports and presentations for the marketing team and executive leadership.**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing a degree or specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.- Good verbal and written communication skills, in both Portuguese and English.- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and project management.- Proactivity and initiative in solving problems and improving processes.- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.- Preferred: Previous experience in an internship or job in the marketing field.At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword - it's our strength.
