Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance. - Develop and create new processes and controls;
- Develop process monitoring tools, through the use of tools and database, ensuring real-time monitoring of cargo transfer processes, yard control, receiving, processing, and dispatch of Cross-docking materials (XD);
- Responsible for developing and updating process control indicators, ensuring that the identified improvement points are being addressed through action plans that prevent similar occurrences;
- Develop and monitor immediate reaction plans used by the monitoring for operational direction;
- Monitor and support the entire production plan execution process, ensuring that resources are being used efficiently, ensuring compliance with receiving, processing, and shipping plans;
- Ensure a good interface with the operational planning area, analyzing and collecting information, proposing improvements seeking greater efficiency and assertiveness of the elaborated plans;
- Evaluate and routinely propose points for improvement in systems and controls that may assist operational monitoring and control;
**Requirement**:
- Higher education in engineering, logistics, or related areas;
- High analytical capacity, to diagnose process improvements and solve complex problems;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Office Package;
- Knowledge in SQL, Data studio, VBA.
- Knowledge of tools for project development;
- Experience with the development and management of indicators (KPIs);
- Experience with production control can be considered as a differential;
- Commitment, good interpersonal skills, and good oral and written communication;
