**Sales Sup & Adm Prof Experienced**
**Discover the Opportunity**
We are looking for a Sales Sup & Adm Prof Pleno of our locale Customer Service department servicing clients in both the United States and Canada, who can perform and optimize work across multiple supply chain process, ensuring the commercial handling for a defined customer group. The tasks are based on internal guidelines and aligned with the company targets
**Activities**:
- Creation of "standard" Sales Order e deliveries;
- Generate and update different types of reports: Sales Orders report, CSR Dash Board, inventory & incoming inbound;
- Verify Open Orders Status;
- Invoice cancellation;
- Request of releases - Credit/Delivery Block;
- Follow CSR's Daily routines;
- After sales activities.
**Required knowledge and skills**:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree: Logistics, Engineering, Business and relatives
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Intercultural work experience is an advantage
- Differential Power BI
