Hexagon PPM is looking for a data driven B2B content marketer to help drive content strategy and lead content development. You will be responsible for sustaining and improving our content marketing strategy, and in doing so, increase traffic to our site, improve our lead conversion rates, and help Hexagon develop a differentiated brand image. Having a strong background in B2B content writing and deep understanding of SEO optimization, this person will manage & develop all aspects of digital and off-line content creation, content marketing and social media strategy. This role will report to LATAM Management of Marketing and work closely with segment marketing, sales, industry consultants, and demand generation leaders in addition to Hexagon's Global Marketing team to develop value-based content, and lead the content strategy across the entire customer lifecycle and all communications touchpoints.
**Responsibilities**:
- For all content developed or reviewed, use accurate persuasion techniques. As well as using storytelling techniques. Thinking and structuring the customer journey, together with internal stakeholders, directing communication across all contact channels;
- Ensure editorial consistency and cross collaboration with local and global marketing team to assure alignment with the communication and brand goals;
- Production of calls and texts, respecting the guidelines of our guide on tone of voice, grammatical excellence and good SEO practices;
- Review of content produced by external personnel (partners / freelancers), ensuring quality, originality and consistency;
- Interfacing with the creative team, so knowing how to write/organize a good briefing, with assertive references and instructions;
- Work cross functionally to track, measure and report on performance against KPIs and other identified goals - providing recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism;
- English required, Spanish is a plus;
- Content development experience in B2B environment;
- Demonstrated excellence in digital copywriting for SEO, content creation, editing, and curation;
- Proven experience in proofreading and editing content;
- Proactive attitude, curiosity to continuously learn more, excellent attention to detail.
