Supply Chain Professional As a Supply Chain Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our import, export, and logistics processes. Your primary focus will be on supporting the company's operations in compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor import processes from start to finish, maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout. Prepare, review, and manage import documentation, including invoices and packing lists. Develop strong working relationships with China operations and Finance teams to ensure seamless shipment and payment processes. Design and analyze internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports to inform strategic decisions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the coordination cycle, from initial contact to final document delivery. Obtain quotations for road freight and cabotage services, negotiating optimal rates when possible. Plan national logistics operations, including heavy-lift transportation, to meet customer demands. Report progress updates to customers, aligning timelines for customs clearance, transport, and delivery. Collaborate with customs brokers to expedite clearance procedures. Coordinate road freight operations with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Interface with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Management, and Site Management, to schedule product receipt. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related business fields is required. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential, with experience in TOTVS and Office 365 being beneficial. Fluent English is mandatory; intermediate Spanish is desirable.
