**About Lubrizol**
**Summary**:
The purpose of the Administrative Assistant of Lubrizol Life Science is to support the Director and managers of the area
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Provide administrative support - including management of Outlook calendar and scheduling of travel arrangements, as well as business schedules
- Plan and organize business meetings, e-meetings, teleconferences and conferences, as well as customer visits and customer support activities
- Create and distribute various correspondence, presentations and reports
- Support design of power point presentations, gather initial information and propose a draft presentation
- Responsible for publishing/owning SharePoint for organization charts and other documentation as required
- Assist the Director in managing and monitoring plans, yearly objectives, and on-going projects
- Assist with major projects (e.g., preparation of annual plans) and other initiatives / key processes
- Draft routine and project-related correspondence, documents, presentations and reports
- Process payment invoices through SAP
- Create purchase requisitions, process service acceptances for POs through SAP, order office supplies
- Support the coordination of internal and external events
- Translate internal communication, ensure key players in the team are communicated accordingly, ensure connection with global admin teams
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:
- Minimum three years of administrative and/or secretarial experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English
- Spanish desired
- Strong computer skills - exceptional in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
**Required Competencies**:
- Highly resourceful and flexible in accomplishing tasks and solving problems; self-starter
- Strong initiative and ability to anticipate needs
- Effectively able to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Takes initiative and able to work independently, yet knows when to ask for assistance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including english
- Positive attitude and team player
- Dominate Powerpoint, excell and other Office tools
