About the Role Genpact is urgently looking for a strong Consultant for one of our precious clients in USA. Title: SAP BPC Specialist Location: Uberlandia, Brazil / REMOTE Duration: Contract Responsibilities Bridging Finance and Tech – FP&A knowhow with SAP functional knowledge can effectively translate financial requisition into system configurations for planning, reporting, and forecasting. System-Driven Financial Accuracy – SAP BPC and SAC requires a deep understanding of financial data flows, hierarchies, and consolidation logic – by someone who understands both finance principles and SAP structures. Financial Acumen – FP&A expertise; understanding of P&L drivers, budgeting logic, and variance analysis – critical for validating system outputs and ensuring financial integrity in reporting. Root-Cause Resolution Capability – Key to this role is the ability to reverse-engineer financial reports with data issues, determine whether the problem is from template design or source system data, and coordinate fixes with IT or finance accordingly. Sustained System Enhancement & Governance – Improvement of SAP-based planning and reporting processes would need someone who understands both system limitations and financial controls within FP&A.
