Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to assume a leading role in our backend systems. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Your key responsibilities will include defining architecture, implementing microservices, conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality development practices, providing technical support to the team, and participating in technical discussions and strategic decision-making.

You will also troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, tune databases, write technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on internal and customer projects, and liaise with product, QA, and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL, knowledge of microservices-based architecture, versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and propose efficient solutions.

Nice-to-have skills include experience in the telecommunications sector, experience as a technical leader or technical reference in projects, knowledge of containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices, and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
