Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – role at Nexer Telescope

Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and to inform them about the benefits of living and working there.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract engineers for Sweden-based roles through active headhunting and networking.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates to support relocation and career decisions.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements).
  • Present and communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden to prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP.
  • Full time.
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location

You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.

Remuneration & Benefits
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
