Amazon’s transportation teams work to ensure the delivery of packages globally for customers around the world. Whether its large or small, we find solutions to make sure we are delivering on our promise for customers. Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for an EDSP SLS (Service Level Standards) Coordinator to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners and 2025 plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country. The EDSP SLS (Service Level Standards) Coordinator will be responsible to improve Service Level Standards goals by proposing program measures that respond to partner feedback. Will implement VoP (Voice of Partner) and other mechanisms to gather EDSP partners’ feedbacks. Shapes compliance as a continuous, process-led activity through tech & audits. Key job responsibilities - Analyze current SLS performance metrics, develop and propose program improvements. - Lead Partner feedback management with the implementation of Voice of Partner (VoP) program for EDSP. - Analyze partner feedback data and create actionable insights based on facts. - Design EDSP improvement initiatives and create measurement frameworks to monitor its effectiveness (including benchmarks with other geos). - Oversee continuous compliance processes, conduct and manage audits.- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology- Experience in program or project management- Experience in Logistics and Transportation.
