Overview Position Overview: We’re looking for a world-class Senior / Staff React Developer to join our high-performance engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building highly performant, elegant, and scalable front-end experiences that delight users and drive our product forward. This isn’t a role for order takers — you’ll help shape features, own end-to-end delivery, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications with clean, maintainable, and testable code. Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate evolving requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Take ownership of major product areas, driving from concept through implementation and iteration. Debug and quickly understand existing codebases, improving reliability and performance. Collaborate with back-end engineers to define and optimize API contracts. Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, and best practices for front-end development. Qualifications 7+ years professional experience, with at least 4+ years deep React expertise (hooks, state management, performance tuning, large-scale apps). Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern build pipelines (Webpack/Vite), and component-driven architecture. Solid experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or equivalent). Familiarity with design systems, Storybook, and component lifecycle management. Ability to balance shipping quickly with building for long-term maintainability. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Azure Cloud (or AWS) a plus. Solid understanding of GitFlow branching strategy and experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions a plus. Non-technical: Great product sense — you care about the why behind the code; comfortable navigating ambiguous product requirements; fast learner who can debug and adapt to new codebases quickly; thrives in a high-performance, ownership-driven culture, delivering features at a rapid pace; Advanced/Fluent English.
