To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit our website Your role and responsibilities: Ensure project deliverables are met and processes are followed Mentor and train team members on new technologies and methodologies Handle issues, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical problems Lead implementation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities Define and enforce operational processes to maximize system uptime Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and post-implementation support Required Technical Expertise: SAP server setup and administration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks) High Availability setup (Unix/Windows) SAP BASIS server management and RCA for escalated issues Kickstart environment setup and maintenance End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients SAP version and EHP upgrades Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM) Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin Required Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio) Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability Benefits: We offer a virtual-first work environment promoting flexibility and balance We provide comprehensive benefits to all employees We value employee recognition and respect Join a diverse team of professionals from 165 nationalities worldwide Equality & Opportunity for All We are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities without regard to race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, disability or genetic information
