Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need many engineers. Your job is to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is a big leap, so much of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related arrangements.

Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. You will be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Required competence

At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

  • A solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Details

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
