Job Description We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong programming skills in Python and PowerShell, who can leverage Azure services for data storage and analytics, and work with automated test frameworks. Required Qualifications Strong programming skills in Python and PowerShell. Experience with Azure services, especially for data storage and analytics. Familiarity with WTT or similar test execution frameworks. Solid understanding of software testing principles, automation, and validation strategies. Experience with Azure DevOps for work item and bug tracking. Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical updates to leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hardware/software integration testing. Exposure to machine learning applications in test analysis. Prior experience working in a product development environment, preferably in consumer electronics or embedded systems. Responsibilities & Deliverables Deliver performance metrics such as NoPerformance ParameterMeasure1Process and No. of cases resolved per day. Ensure compliance with process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs and Pulse score. Gather and analyze customer feedback, NSAT/ESAT metrics. Lead team management for productivity, efficiency, and absenteeism. Conduct capability development: triages completed, technical test performance. Experience 5–8 years in relevant fields.
