What You'll Do
As a Sales Engineer for TracOS, you will be crucial in driving software adoption across industries.
Your role
involves demonstrating TracOS capabilities, managing the sales cycle via HubSpot CRM, and collaborating with technical teams to align product offerings with client needs. Analyze client needs and tailor presentations of TracOS. Manage sales pipeline effectively using HubSpot CRM. Coordinate with technical teams for product updates and demos.
Build relationships with key decision-makers. Address technical queries during sales processes. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Relay feedback to the product team for improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related; 5+ years in sales engineering; strong B2B sales knowledge; proficiency in HubSpot CRM; proven sales success; excellent negotiation and communication skills; willingness to travel. Bonus Points : SaaS and ERP experience, advanced certifications, fluency in English.
