What You'll Do Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets. Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces. Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets). Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week. Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers). Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration. Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve. What Success Looks Like Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS. Asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops. A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework. Who You Are 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house). You know the category patterns and how to break them. Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, and strategic restraint where it matters. Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; references at your fingertips. Not afraid to be bold; you can defend strong creative while staying coachable. Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with; low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply. Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports). Bonus Points if you have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling). Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops). Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first). Experience building componentized design systems for marketing. The Opportunity Start part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in = 12 months through results.
