We are searching the best talent for **SR QUALITY ANALYST - Fixed Term 7 months** to be in **São José dos Campos, Brazil.**
**Purpose**:
Johnson & Johnson Consumer is recruiting a Supplier Quality Sr Analyst to work in São José dos Campos.
In this role, the employee will critically evaluate the existing management system, processes, and controls in the main suppliers of materials, products, and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and J&J requirements, establishing and maintaining quality preventive programs and tools, such as FMEA.
You will be responsible for:
- Perform end-to-end complaint handling activities, including but not limited to performing audits, monitoring of action plan, accurate risk analysis, change control assessment, investigation of deviations, and non-conformities. As we as, building and reviewing quality procedures.
- Participate in project meetings, and effectively evaluate the impact of possible improvements and proposed changes, involving suppliers and materials.
- Implement FMEA on critical vendors, mapping risks and defining the controls and actions needed to mitigate or eliminate them.
- Collaborate in problem-solving processes with direct material suppliers.
- Train on a variety of analytical technologies used by Johnson.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements**:
- **Language**:Intermediate English, basic Spanish.
- **Other requirements**: Available to travel 25% of the time. Advanced Excel knowledge.
- 3+ years of experience in the area of Quality in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetic or packaging industries.
- Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice regulations of ANVISA.
- Preferred training or certification as a lead auditor, with experience in performing audits. (ANVISA, ISO, INVIMA, FDA, etc.)
- Good interpersonal relationship.
**Desirable**:
- ISO 9001 certification.
