Marketing Automation Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable MarTech solutions, focusing on data integration, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation. This role centers on the implementation and optimization of a MarTech data flow pattern involving Snowflake, Segment, Braze, and other SaaS platforms. Key responsibilities include: Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms To succeed in this role, you will need: 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering Fluency in English Additionally, proficiency in the following technologies is required: Segment CDP Braze Snowflake Scripting Languages (Python / JS) We offer a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits package, career development and training opportunities, flexible work arrangements, dynamic and inclusive work culture, private Health Insurance, Pension Plan, Paid Time Off, Training & Development, etc.
