RSG Management Service GmbH is seeking a highly skilled CEO to lead our Brazil Hub.

We are looking for an experienced executive with a strong background in B2B2C companies, preferably at the VP level or above.

About the Role

This role requires someone who can lead a Brazilian team to expand financial products and services, focusing on the local market and leveraging advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to expand financial products and services in Brazil.
  2. Lead a team of professionals to achieve business goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  4. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  5. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Brazilian / LATAM markets.
  • Commercial experience as a GM, Managing Director, Country Manager, or CEO.
  • Start-up experience, ideally with significant scaling up experience.
  • Knowledge of products and services involving advanced technology and AI.
  • Fluent English language skills.
