Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and divestiture processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP PP (REM) solutions that align with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in production planning, execution, and REM within SAP.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solution integrity and performance.
  • Support end users through training, documentation, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP and APO functionalities.
  • Ensure integration of SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, and QM.
  • Stay updated on SAP advancements and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requisitos
  • Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in SAP ECC with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP) and Repetitive Manufacturing (REM).
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP APO, especially in Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its impact on production planning processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP PP and other SAP modules.
  • Experience in organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP PP (REM) consulting.
  • SAP certifications in Production Planning or related areas are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
