About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. As a core member of our development group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, high-stakes projects that push the boundaries of technology. From designing scalable applications to optimizing existing systems, you'll play a critical role in developing custom software solutions that help our clients achieve their most ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust Java-based applications for a wide range of projects, from enterprise systems to customer-facing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to ensure our software meets business objectives and user needs.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, applying best practices for software design and development.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve the quality of work across the team.
Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring high-quality, bug-free code.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, helping to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Java and strong familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot , as well as experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, maintaining a balance between autonomy and teamwork.
Strong problem-solving skills , with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
Solid understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD), including familiarity with JUnit or similar testing frameworks.
Fluent in English , with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies like React or Angular.
Experience working with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure to automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Cucumber.
