We're seeking a mid-level engineer with a strong software development background and experience building and maintaining modern web applications.As a Full Stack Engineer on the Planning Team, you’ll contribute to the development of features and improvements for our mass transportation planning products, collaborating with other engineers, product managers, and designers to create high-quality, user-focused solutions.Responsibilities:Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Type Script in the frontend, and Node.js with Type Script deployed on K8 S in the backendActively participate in the entire development lifecycle, engaging in technical discussionsCollaborate with the Product Manager and Designer to deliver robust, scalable features.Requirements:3+ years of full-stack web developmentExperience with React client-side developmentExperience with Node.js server-side developmentUnderstanding of web application architectureFamiliarity with relational or No SQL DBs (Mongo DB, Postgre SQL, My SQL)B. Sc. or M. Sc. in computer science or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIt would be great if you have:Experience with PythonExperience with AWS or an alternative cloud environmentExperience in the mobility ecosystemExperience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processesOptibus is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
